Our Origin

Building Sustainable Livelihoods

Formed from a shared vision, we are a civic-creative coalition of advocates, policy experts, and working artists dedicated to rebuilding Portland's creative economy. Our structural model ensures grassroots voices directly shape municipal decisions.

We secure funding, lobby for artist-friendly policy, and run collaborative programs. By bridging street-level creators with city hall, we ensure Portland's cultural reputation translates into sustainable livelihoods for all.
